Vintage Styled Hanging Top Hat Skelly Lantern ----------------------------------------------------------------------------  This is a hanging lantern I made, inspired by an image of a Vintage Skelly candy container. Made from plaster paris cloth and paper maché. Hand drawn paper inserts are used behind the face openings to give it a nice illumination. Use a battery operated Halloween light. Distressed and aged with painting and crackling techniques. Top hat twist off in order to place your light in it. Please refer to pictures below for a size comparison. Vintage Inspired Candle Clown Face Lamp ----------------------------------------------------------  This is a fun Halloween original sculpture lantern night light. It was inspired by a image of a Vintage candy container. I made mine with that image in mind, but I wired my creation to function as a real lamp. Fashioned from cardboard and paper mache with paper clay sculpted on. The face openings I place paper inserts with hand drawn artwork for the personality. Hand painted with fine acrylics and sealed with a sturdy satin varnish spray acrylic. A bright wax flame bulb tops everything off at the top. Comes label signed and dated by me the artist.
