Vintage Styled Frightening Black Cat Lantern Pail ----------------------------------------------------------------------------  Here is another one of my Vintage inspired creations, This one is a cute little frightening Black Cat lantern. It has been fashioned from paper maché. Hand drawn paper inserts are placed behind the face openings to help mimic that vintage charm of days gone by. A lite twisted wire works great for a primitive handle. Can be illuminated with a battery operated Halloween light. Please refer to pictures below for a size comparison. Puss 'N Boots Luminary Sculpture ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Another one of my Beistle inspired projects, I just love the Vintage die-cuts of this piece. It has inspired three of these sculptures in the past. Of course each one is unique and one of a kind, because I don't use molds or patterns on my creations. This one has been crafted from paper mache composite with Paper clay overlay. Both the head and the JOL over his shoulder are made to act as luminaries. Use a small battery operated flicker flame for a splendid effect . Placed onto a nice sized wooden base in-order to make him very stable and sure not to tip over. As with all my vintage inspired projects, I have used all my usual distressing and aging techniques in-order to help him blend right in with your vintage collection. Measures approx. 18" tall. Comes label signed and dated by me the artist.
